Kaylind Landes
Litigation Attorney
Kaylind N. Landes graduated from the University of Tulsa College of Law with honors. Kaylind was a part of the Energy Law Journal and received the CALI award (highest grade) for Indian Gaming Law. She participated in the health law moot court team and received the Order of the Barristers, which is awarded to the top 10 trial students within the law school.
Kaylind started her career at the Tulsa County DA’s office as an Assistant District Attorney. She then moved to the Rogers County DA’s office before switching to criminal defense. During her time as a prosecutor, she prosecuted everything from misdemeanor DUI’s to First Degree Rape cases. She worked in every aspect of criminal prosecution from charging cases, to motion writing, prelims, and both jury and non-jury trials.
Kaylind is primarily focused on expungements and legal writing within the firm. She is dedicated to helping good people reclaim their lives after a small hiccup, and to help them clear their criminal record and open additional opportunities for themselves.
In her spare time, Kaylind volunteers as a coach for the Owasso High School Mock Trial team and acts as the OSU liaison for her sorority, Pi Beta Phi.
